Research On The Construction Of Rural Cultural Hall In Qiaoxia Town,Yongjia County

The main land of the rural primary-level cultural undertakings,rural cultural hall carries the implementation of the strategy for rural revitalization in primary-level rural cultural areas and is also an vital carrier and platform for the cultural construction.Rural civilization is one of the five general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.Developing the rural culture under the new situation is to optimize the construction of rural civilization through the five functions of rural cultural hall.Taking rural cultural hall of Qiaoxia town Yongjia County as the breakthrough point,have collected the specific case data about 26 administrators of cultural halls and 248 villagers participating inin Qiaoxia town and adopted the methed of questionnaire survey method and random interview method to understand the audience.What's more,I have analyzed and summarized the characteristic ways of constructing rural cultural hall in Qiaoxia town,focusing on researching on the existing problems.On this basis,we can learn from the construction achievements of rural cultural hall in other regions and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions pertinently.The innovation points of this paper are perspective innovation,content innovation and data innovation.The research combined the cultural halls with the background of " rural civilization ",with the top-down research method,drawing the conclusion systematically of suggestions on construction of cultural halls of Qiaoxia town based on certain practices.The main results are as follows:1.By summarizing the basic concepts and research status of rural civilization construction and cultural hall construction at home and abroad,we can draw conclusions that the construction of cultural hall is the inevitable trend of civilization progress to a certain extent,and is the vivid and effective practice of rural cultural construction.The relevant practical results also provide theoretical support for the follow-up development of Qiaoxia town cultural hall.2.Through the research on the data of Qiaoxia town cultural hall about construction quantity,the establishment standard,the acceptance way,the personnel facility disposition and so on,constructive achievements and characteristic methods of the Qiaoxia town cultural hall have been summarized.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the questionnaire of administrators and audiences of rural cultural halls in Qiaoxia town,with multi-channel methods to collect,organize and analyze data.It is mainly manifested in the following six aspects:(1)The infrastructures are imperfect;(2)The level of construction is uneven;(3)The participation of villagers is inadequate;(4)Thediversity of the cultural activities is not abundant;(5)The effect of changes in customs and traditions is not certain;(6)The personnel strength of cultural administration is weak.Based on the questionnaire,the writer makes a deep analysis of the present situation and inadequacies combining the data and theories.The reasons are as follows:(1)The inheritance of traditional virtues isn't enough;(2)The orientation of the government is not prominent;(3)The cultivation of professionals in cultural administration are insufficient;(4)The market-oriented development of the cultural halls is lack of sustaining power;(5)The systematic planning of construction of the rural civilization maybe be lacking.Exploring the reasons in depth will certainly contribute to sovling the problems of construction of the cultural halls specifically.3.On the basis of field research and data analysis,combining the background of Rural civilization,according to the existing problems I put forward targeted suggestions,as follows:(1)Deeply dig the cultural connotation,enriching the constructing content of the cultural halls;(2)Strengthen government leadership and condense the joint effort for cultural development;(3)Enhance constructing of the ranks and consolidate the talents basis;(4)Promote marketable operation and activate the vitality of cultural halls;(5)Create a long-effect mechanism for the construction,administration,use and extention of cultural halls.And those suggestions,based on the local cuture but not limited to the local cuture,do have a practical theoretical significance.What's more,the conclusion can be further promoted and expanded,so as to guide the construction of cultural hall in Qiaoxia town and Yongjia County,to avoid detours and improve efficiency.And it also better promotes constructive work of rural cultural hall,rooting and prosperous development of rural civilization in the rural areas.
