| Rural cultural governance is an important aspect of rural governance.Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,in order to realize the comprehensive development of agricultural and rural areas,the government should not only pay attention to the construction of material civilization,but also strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization.Rural culture has the function of guiding and standardizing villagers’ daily behaviors and assimilating folk customs in villages.however,rural culture is often bound by various factors with mixed advantages and disadvantages,and scattered in rural society in an unsystematic way,which leads to the value of social governance capital of culture can’t be brought into full play.Rural cultural governance is an activity in which multiple governance subjects govern rural culture in the process of rural governance.this governance activity has certain goals and goal orientation,even if the governance function of rural culture can be realized in the rural cultural governance field.Rural cultural governance is in line with the development requirements of rural revitalization strategy,and has positive significance for inheriting rural cultural roots,purifying village customs,stimulating rural endogenous vitality and realizing the overall development of rural society.Therefore,this paper chooses Heshun town as the research object to explore the operation mechanism of cultural governance,in order to provide some thinking paths for improving the performance of rural cultural governance and realizing the goal of good governance of rural cultural governance on the basis of understanding the connotation of cultural governance.Based on the theoretical research framework of cultural governance in rural areas.this paper selects a typical village and town in cultural governance-Heshun town,Tengchong city,and studies its cultural governance.The first part of the paper combs several definitions of cultural governance in academia and defines the connotation of cultural governance on this basis.The second part is a related background introduction about the field point Tengchong Heshun town and the origin and process of its cultural governance.The third part of the thesis elaborates the practical process of Heshun cultural governance,and discusses the process,subject,object,way and characteristics of Heshun cultural governance respectively.The fourth part discusses many positive changes brought by the exertion of cultural governance function in Heshun town under the cultural governance of Heshun town,that is,the practical significance of cultural governance in Heshun town.And summarizes the existing problems of Heshun cultural governance.The fifth part,based on the case study of Heshun town’s cultural governance,elucidates some thoughts on rural cultural governance,and on the basis of discussing the necessity of rural cultural governance,puts forward some countermeasures on the path of good governance of rural cultural governance.In terms of research methods,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,participatory observation and interview to conduct research. |
