In recent years, the rapid development of the third industry of our country, makes the quality of people’s lives more and more high, the demand for tourism is becoming more and more strong. Over the years, the development of the tourism industry is obvious to all, tourism has been integrated into people’s life, folk culture and tourism as one of the important component of the more widespread attention and development.Folk culture tourism is a bright spot in the development of tourism, it covered by the content is very extensive, its development and utilization of form is varied, such as: old interesting has been heavily promoted by the construction of folk tourism village,folklore and so on. Folk culture tourism has received recognition more and more travelers, thorough minorities from, explore their world, became the first selection of many tourists traveling. Folk culture tourism covered by the range is very wide, food and clothing live line all aspects embodies the folk culture, and the minority folk features more obvious. There are 56 nationalities in China, every nation has its own cultural background, the national characteristics of folk custom and tourism, the value of the folk culture tourism play out, become the emphasis of the tourism developers now.This paper focuses on the manchu folk cultural tourism development, qinhuangdao city,hebei province Qinglong manchu autonomous county as an example, combined with local actual situation, study of Qinglong County manchu folk cultural tourism.In this paper, besides introduction and conclusion, is divided into three parts.The first part is mainly about the basic situation of Qinglong manchu autonomous county made the overall introduction to all aspects of the folk tourism resources of Qinglong County are classified, and introduces the local regional conditions, tourism,tourist market and market positioning, etc.The second part mainly discusses the Qinglong manchu autonomous county of the status of the current tourism development done in this paper, and the manchu folktourism resources of local made a description of the whole. Qinglong manchu autonomous county is introduced in the paper the current existing problems in the tourism industry.The third part as the focus of the article, introduces the manchu folk culture for the Qinglong manchu autonomous county tourism development planning and strategy, and the problems need attention in the process of development.
