In real life, many things are made up of the simplest and purest geometric forms. The first chapter of the text mainly describes the recognition of the elements of geometric forms, it is divided into three links: first is the hidden points at the intersecting forms, then is the changeable lines among the forms produced by folding, last is the direction presented by the changeable surfaces in the combination process of forms. The second chapter discusses the relations between geometric forms and pictures. It makes full of visual elements to compose and regenerate forms, that is, the creation of forms and the space relations of the combination of geometric forms. The third chapter summarizes the typical application examples of the composition principle of geometric forms in graphic design.The author inserts her drawing sketches in the paper and get a new understanding of the geometic forms in the process of continuous practice.Meanwhile, the author explores the characteristics and rules of the constitution relation of the geometic forms in practice.
