In Han Dynasty, Buddhism east, through the Wei and Jin Dynasties to the Sui and Tang Dynasties, Buddhism had great development in China. Buddhist’s own efforts, and state intervention and guidance both lead to Buddhism flourished in the Tang Dynasty. Secular and religious imperial world influence each other, constitute a unique landscape of the Tang Dynasty Buddhist and secular daily life and even spiritual.After the war, although Buddhism had not a small injury, but still maintained a good momentum of development. Imperial Edict promulgated related with Buddhism, the Tang regime is showing emerging importance of Buddhism. When the national unity came, TangGaoZu gradually implement its policy of limiting Buddhism. Then the Tang government has gradually formed a system, complete Buddhist policies to achieve the national goal of religion, more emphasis on law to manage Buddhism. "Dao Sengge" China’s first special religious fully display the strong commitment to the government’s management on Buddhist. Meanwhile, in the spiritual and cultural level, efforts to rulers of Buddhism incorporated into the Chinese traditional moral order system in order to achieve a deeper level of control of Buddhism.Early Tang Dynasty kings strengthen the management of Buddhism does not mean to destroy Buddhism, in fact, a restrictive regulation on the development of Buddhism. Although Buddhism can play a positive role deified kingship, educate people, pure atmosphere, etc., but also brings economic and social drawbacks. Therefore, the country promoted the development of Buddhism to use religious power assisted politics while strengthened the management of the national Buddhism.The Tang rulers’s Buddhism policy adapted to the development of the times, and had a positive impact on the country and Buddhism. Rational Buddhist policy promoted Buddhism in civil society bedding and rooting, but also accelerated the process of Buddhism in China. Because of the international influence of Buddhism,the Tang Dynasty also enhanced the international status and the world influence.
