In the 20th century, Pension has become a hot issue to be solved in Chinese society with China ushering in the population aging society. China in a "not rich" situation ushered into an aging society unlike most other countries, and "upside down" state was shown by the degree of aging urban and rural areas, in other words, the degree of aging in rural areas was much higher. Whether to successfully solve the Pension problem in rural areas or not is key to Pension problem in China. Many facts have proved that the vast majority of the aged people in rural areas can not escape from family Pension, and it is difficult to resolve through legal or economic means for these problems such as "who support" and "how to support", "how to be supported well "and many other problems, the reason lying in implying a profound ethical roots for the Chinese pension. Therefore, to solve China’s rural pension from the ethical path has a very high academic value and practical significance.In traditional Chinese society, the Family Pension which has its ethical culture and stability is almost the only pension model and it is considered as a "gift pension" external specification. The traditional model of Family Pension is linked with social environment, showing significant ethical characteristics. It is a traditional family pension stable existence of the root causes of power for the core of ethical value blood and the traditional filial piety based code of ethics. With the economic and social development, the traditional Family Pension has been challenged especially since the reform and opening up, while the new pension model can not adapt to this situation. It can bring about all kinds of difficulties caused by the current pension model of development for desynchrony of economic development and cultural development, demographic changes and implement a huge difference in the urban and rural development policy for a long time, which has a profound impact for rural households ethical relationship, ethical Community and the moral evaluation of the ethical relationship changes. Economic development, effective and rational allocation of resources is the material guarantee to solve the pension problem. From an ethical perspective, to solve the current problem of rural old-age specific path includes:First, break urban-rural dual economic structure and achieve justice and common development of urban and rural areas. Focus on rural economic development to achieve rural employment equity; accelerate the process of reform the household registration system to achieve equality of citizenship; increase investment in rural health to achieve rural old-age medical treatment fair. Second, improve the social security system to provide effective protection for the rural pension system. Give priority to disadvantaged rural pension issues to achieve full coverage of rural social pension system and build rural public service system. Third, provide new ethical guide for rural endowment to strengthen the moral construction in rural areas. Inherit and carry forward traditional Chinese virtues of family, marital coordination ethical relationship and ethical community to build new communities and provide an effective ethics guide for rural family pension.
