Use of "water" and color ink painting is China main artistic techniques, this paper through own creative practice, the technique use of water in Su Mo Chinese painting is discussed from essay. The paper focuses on the style of writing while highlighting the application and control of water in the techniques. The author thinks that the beauty of structure and the harmony of grace in this kind of Chinese painting technique can only be demonstrated by water, which means the use of "the writing brush" plays an important part in the realization of the beauty in a Su Mo wet Chinese painting. Based on the consciousness of painting process, the author’s new understanding and new exploration of forms and attempt of the the painting technique, the author, naturally, will associate the creative power with the personal inner emotion in order to achieve the purpose that affection is depicted with water.The article is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on the "water". The experiments of water and ink as well as water and color help grasping the necessity of the regulation of water in the ink painting. The second part is the expression of the painting language. the beauty of the wet painting can be depicted through the style of writing, form, color, ink, etc. The third part is the creative use of the writing brush. The author emphasis on the beauty and interest of writing as well as the depiction of "affection". The fourth part is the reflection and expectation of creative experience.In the final conclusion,the essay points out the coordination of the water, ink and writing brush. And consider that the water application is broad and effective art space. In the meanwhile the painting technique in Su Mo Chinese painting, which the author gives a clearer direction for the understanding and practice of the painting technique.
