A Study On The Transformation Of "Cottage Paradigm" In The Yuan Dynasty

Cottage,as an architectural form,often means the crude huts where the hermits had been lived.Before Tang Dynasty cottage is not only frequently used in poerty by poets,but also be used for painting themes by literati painters.Lu Hong was the first literati painter to use the theme of cottage to express his willing of seclusion, which can make infinite ripples and become the common pursuit of later literati painters.In this paper,i will consider his cottage painting as the research object to explore the conversion process of Cottage Paradigm co-founded by Wang Wei’s Wang Chuan Painting and Lu Hongs’in Yuan dynasty during which literati painting ideological trend had been in vogue.The main contents of this article are:Chapter one is the semantic concept of "cottage" and Lu Hong "Cottage paradigm" elaborated by Lu Hong "Cottage painting" ten scenery’s summary, in the form of painting in the left and words in the right as well as the literati painters this community’s pursuit of "cottage map" concludes specific of constituent elements "Cottage Paradigm". The main idea of the second chapter is to analysis the reason of "Cottage Paradigm" being used in Yuan dynasty. The third part of the contents of "Cottage paradigm" in the process of transformation during the Yuan Dynasty, the first part is the origins reasonable inferences between "cottage painting" and scholars in Yuan Dynasty, and then contrast specific Yuan Dynasty painter’s work with the Cottage Painting to discuss the transformation process of Cottage paradigm ".The fourth chapter discusses why "Cottage paradigm" has been transformed during the Yuan Dynasty.The fifth chapter discusses the influence to the future generations of Effect" Library Paradigm" which transformed from "Cottage paradigm".Cottage is not only a very important place for literary in his life, but also a carrier for literati painters to express their inner feelings and Seclusion spirit in their paintings.This paper aims to explore the transformation in this Seclusion Yuan dynasty literati painting prevailing maturing process through the" paradigm Cottage map formed by "Lu Hong "Cottage painting" and "Wang Chuan "together, while certainly Lu Hong and" Cottage Paradigm "position and significance in the history of painting.
