As social competition intensifies, depression psychological disorders younger age trend. Depression(Depressive disordee) is a mood disorder of unknown etiology, with depression, anhedonia and reduction activities as the main symptoms associated with cognitive impairment, mental and physical behavior of sleep disorders, loss of appetite and suicidal ideation behavior such as performance, having high incidence, high recurrence rate, high morbidity characteristics, a serious threat to patients with physical and mental health, a heavy burden on families and society. Previous studies have confirmed that patients with depression relatively healthy people experienced more life events, with more severe dysfunctional attitudes, depression and stressful life events, depression is closely related to dysfunctional attitudes, but has not been relevant domestic Students’ depression stressful life events, empirical research dysfunctional attitudes and depression relationship, dysfunctional attitude is a state of depression or symptoms characteristic quality at home and abroad has not yet been finalized, foreign-related stress, are research dysfunctional attitudes and depression are applicable to the relationship between different cultures of China are not clear, based on the above thinking, there is need to explore further stressful life events, the relationship between dysfunctional attitudes and depression, depression for secondary school students preventive treatment and rehabilitation to provide a theoretical basis for empirical.This study selected a top three psychiatric hospitals in Yunnan Province and of a hospital psychiatric studies met the inclusion criteria for inpatient and outpatient depression 65 middle school students as the research object, select both studies met the inclusion criteria of 85 adult patients as controls, the use of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD), life event scale(LES) and dysfunctional attitude scale(DAS) conducted a questionnaire study by descriptive statistics, t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, path analysis and model construction methods the system explores the high school students in patients with depression stressful life events, the overall status of dysfunctional attitudes and depression and their differences on various demographic variables, and stressful life events middle school students in patients with depression, dysfunctional attitude and depression among studied, the following conclusions:(1)Students’ Depression overall condition of the patient belongs to severe levels of depression. Gender and hukou have a significant effect on depression dimensions.(2) Life events and factors out of middle school students score lower than the group of patients with depression in adult control group scores. Gender and household registration have a significant impact on several dimensions of stressful life events.(3) Life events and factors out of middle school students score lower than the group of patients with depression in adult control group scores. Gender and household registration have a significant impact on several dimensions of stressful life events.(4) Fractional factorial and fractional factorial group of high school students depression depression stressful life events were significantly associated. Life event type and amount of stimulation out of depression and anxiety, somatization and retardation was a significant positive correlation. Family problems and retardation was significantly negatively correlated. Working learning problems and sleep disorders was significantly negatively correlated. Socialize with other problems and anxiety somatization and weight change was significantly positively correlated with sleep disorders was significantly negatively correlated.(5) Fractional factorial and fractional factorial dysfunctional attitudes of high school students group depression stressful life events were significantly associated. Cognitive impairment and dysfunctional attitudes scores, perfection and dependence was a significant positive correlation. It was sluggish and out of dysfunctional attitudes, attitudes and self mandatory significant negative correlation.(7) Dysfunctional attitudes on depression was a significant predictor.
