Chinese Communication In The "one Way Along" Along The Country: The Status Quo, Problems And Countermeasures

At the second decade of the 21 st century, along with the rapid development of comprehensive national strength, China’s international prestige has improved greatly,however, questioning and anti-China voices from the western world have never disappeared; Meanwhile, due to the change of domestic and foreign environment, the developing of China in many fields encountered bottlenecks. Under this background,President Xi Jinping put forward the concept of “one-belt and one-road”, proposed this creative solution for the development barrier of the world and our country. As a economy led strategic initiative which arranging the domestic and international patterns, the construction of “one-belt and one-road ” must face with many non-traditional obstacles, which requires our country to carry out the public diplomacy, enhance the “ soft power ”, and coping the non-traditional diplomatic challenge with the unconventional measures.In various public diplomacy practices, as a public diplomacy behavior the dissemination of Chinese has clear cultural element, and plays an irreplaceable role to carry out the foreign exchange and rally the public opinion. Facing with the fact that“one-belt and one-road” initiative covers many countries in complicated geopolitical environment, and there are large differences of history, culture, religion, ethnical and politics in each country, carrying out the social interaction with dissemination of Chinese and creating the favorable international environment can promote the construction of “one-belt and one-road” greatly. In this background, analyzing the dissemination status of Chinese in the alongside countries of “one-belt and one-road”,and discussing the advantage and disadvantage has a great practical significance. This paper will start from the analysis of Chinese dissemination status at the alongside country of “one-belt and one-road”, identify the problems and discuss the feasible countermeasures and try to answer the question: “how” and “what” shall the alongside country of “one-belt and one-road” be.
