Evaluation Of The Urban Cultural Soft Power Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

In recent years,the soft power of the urban culture with the core of culture has become the mainstay of the city competition under the guidance of sustainable development strategy.The Silk Road Economic Belt mainly goes through five provinces,more than 30 cities along the way,it is based on the historical accumulation of the ancient “Silk Road”,developing economic and trade actively with other cities,interconnection and interworking,cultural exchanging,it is the development of new regional cooperation.To talent shows itself in line with international standards on the Silk Road,With the city's cultural soft strength of the Silk Road economy has become the key.Based on the premise of combing the city's cultural soft power theory,select the Silk Road Economic Belt highly representative of 12 important nodes of the city as the research object,uphold the principle of operation selected two suitable indexes,use the factorial analysis to import 12 citise' data of 2015,And get class indexes,Then construct a complete set of city cultural soft power evaluation index system.The transverse and longitudinal comparative analysis of the 2013-2015 sample for three consecutive years of the city's cultural soft power,And put forward the suggestions on node city cultural soft power to enhance China's Silk Road economy.The results show that:(1)the economic soft power of the Silk Road Economic Zone can be roughly divided into the following aspects: the cultural basis,the cultural image,the cultural attraction,and the cultural innovation ability in four aspects.(2)Xi'an,Lanzhou as the capital city of the Silk Road Economic Belt,compared with other urban cultural soft power in an absolute advantage;but Yinchuan,Xining and Urumqiare also the capital cities,on the basis of cultural and cultural image of the power of the construction of urban cultural soft power constraints.Baoji,Tianshui City as a whole,the soft power of the development of a good culture,but in recent years,more emphasis on economic development,resulting in more serious urban industrial structure tilt,the construction of the soft power of urban culture is far behind its economic construction.Jiayuguan,Zhangye,the two industrial cities in the construction of cultural attraction is weak;Dingxi,Turpan and Wuwei due to economic and environmental factors,lead to the overall development of the city's cultural soft power seriously lagging behind.Silk Road Economic Belt to enhance the soft power of urban culture should be built from urban agglomerations,Create characteristic cultural industry chain and improve the urban cultural infrastructure.
