Research On The Construction Of Community Culture In China

The rise of a nation, must be accompanied by the development of advanced culture. Revival of a country, often thanks to cultural heritage of the excavation. As the soul of a nation, culture cannot be easily substituted. The ancestors of the Chinese nation, who are self-improvement and forge ahead in unity, have created a long history and profound Chinese culture, which is the solid spiritual support for the Chinese nation to standing among the nations. The cultural revitalization is first presented on the party’s congress of Sixth Plenary Session of 17 th. The importance of cultural soft power on China’s comprehensive national strength is stressed on 17 th national congress. In order to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese dream, cultural development plays a fundamental role in serving the community, which is based on the prosperity of socialist culture and a higher level of development of cultural soft power.As the basis of social and public cultural development, community culture plays an important place in the cultural construction. The achievement of community culture construction is directly related to the living standards of community residents, and then affects the harmony and stability of the community. How to scientifically and effectively speed up the construction of community culture affects the development of the whole society. Since China is still in social development transition, the theory which needs be relied on for development can not meet the reality of the rapid development. So the present situation is that the theory of community cultural development still lags behind the reality of community cultural development. As one of the economic top 20 cities in China, Yantai, whose economy and culture are developing rapidly, is one of the representative China cities. In this paper, the research content is based on the construction of community culture of Yuhuangding street in Yantai. By learning from the excellent research results at home and abroad and using the variety of research methods such as literature research method, questionnaire method, comparative analysis method and so on, experience and advantages on management mechanism, operation mode and talent management is analyzed and summarized for street community cultural construction. Meanwhile, by analyzing the problem of cultural construction, the related solutions are proposed. Through in-depth theoretical analysis, we hope constructive opinions can be put forward for the future development of our country’s community cultural construction.The main structure of this article is composed of four parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly includes the research background and significance. The basic situation and method of community culture construction is summarized and the main research ideas and methods for this article are proposed. In the second part, the development of community culture construction in our country is summarized, and the basic connotation and the basic situation of community culture are clarified. In addition, the necessity and important meaning of community culture construction in China is discussed. In the third part, the construction of community culture of Yuhuangding street in Yantai is expounded, and the important achievements and the current problems are analyzed. In the fourth part, the relative countermeasures are put forward, and then, the new guiding ideology and specific suggestions are proposed.
