The paper focus on five aspects such as the features of Xi men qing’s family life as a business man, family structure, architectural layout, women’s daily life and the struggles between the Xi men qing’s wives so that we can obtain a comprehensive understanding of the novel and we can reveal the women’s real circumstance in the marriage life and the family life in the Ming dynasty.
