At present, the development of sports dance in China in full swing, samba as an important dance of the sports dance project, the study of its internal law is very necessary and used to guide the teaching training and competition. By consulting relevant literatures and research results, found that there are a lot of deficiencies of previous studies, for single samba dance of the research content is less, the content of the quantitative analysis from the viewpoint of biomechanics are much rarer. The samba must start from the typical dance moves. Fork step(Whisk) as one of the basic pace of samba, use frequency is very high. In order to define the internal characteristics of samba, based on the variation characteristics of plantar pressure fork step as the research object, through the experiment method of summed up the fork step foot pressure dynamic distribution characteristics of kinetic parameters and change law of samba main laws to provide theoretical reference for further study.Plantar pressure is affected by various factors, when disturbed, can produce change. Relative to its own factors, the influences of plantar pressure outside the body’s own factors, including the gait velocity influence on plantar pressure plays a main role. Through experimental study found:1. In the different stages of action, plantar pressure change of different indexes of certain regularity, in the peak pressure, peak pressure, pulse, positively related factors.2. The plantar pressure center changes have certain regularity. Reflects a foot touches the ground at different positions of the order and degree of stability.3. Before the soles of your feet is bigger than the strength of the use of the foot and heel.On the basis of experimental results, the paper puts forward some pertinent Suggestions, such as the choice of sports training methods and means should be based on the choice of plantar pressure characteristics and reasonable method and means, improve training effect and better performance. In terms of prevention of sports injury, the easy damage parts timely protection, adjustment of sports load, or adjust the training plan. At the same time, the dynamic distribution characteristics of plantar pressure can also be reference to the design of shoes, for the special design of plantar different functional areas which can effectively improve the level of training.
