Research purpose: by analyzing the characteristics of surface electromyography and plantar pressure of female athletes majoring in sports dance at different levels in Xi’an Institute of physical education,combined with the movement technology,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the two groups of female athletes,and explores the internal law of muscles and the stress distribution of plantar during the movement.Strengthen the theoretical guidance of Latin dance teaching and training,and effectively use the distribution of muscle and plantar pressure to improve sports performance and prevent sports injury.Methods: the noraxon wireless EMG telemetry system of the United States and the v1.3.30 de freestep plantar pressure gait analysis system produced by sensor medica of Italy were used to collect the data of various indexes of surface EMG and plantar pressure.According to the competition results,12 subjects were divided into excellent group and ordinary group.The experimental data of the two groups were compared and analyzed by independent sample t-test(P < 0.05).Research results:(1)In the movement process of excellent female players,the medial gastrocnemius,rectus femoris and anterior tibial muscle are the muscles with the highest contribution rate.In the movement process of ordinary female players,gastrocnemius,anterior tibial muscle and lateral femoral muscle are the muscles with the highest contribution rate.(2)In the movement process of excellent female players,the medial gastrocnemius,rectus femoris,medial femoral muscle and anterior tibial muscle are the muscles with the greatest strength.In the movement process of ordinary female players,the gastrocnemius and anterior tibial muscle are the muscles with the greatest strength.(3)It can be seen from the activation sequence of the two groups of female players that the discharge sequence of muscles in various parts of players with different technical levels is also different.The external oblique abdominal muscle of ordinary female players starts to force first,the gastrocnemius muscle of excellent female players starts to force first,and the same is the lateral femoral muscle,which finally ends to force.(4)During the movement of excellent female players,the peak plantar pressure is mainly concentrated in the big toe area,medial metatarsal area and middle metatarsal area,while ordinary female players are mainly concentrated in the middle metatarsal area,lateral metatarsal area and medial heel area.(5)During the movement of excellent female players,the plantar contact area is mainly concentrated in the middle of the foot and the middle of the metatarsal bone,while ordinary female players are mainly concentrated in the middle of the metatarsal bone,the lateral area of the metatarsal bone and the middle of the foot.(6)During the movement of excellent female players,the peak plantar pressure is mainly concentrated in the big toe area and phalangeal bone area,while ordinary female players are mainly concentrated in the big toe area and medial metatarsal bone area.Conclusions:(1)the activation timing of each part of muscle of female players at the same level is roughly the same,but the activation timing of female players at different levels is significantly different.(2)In the process of samba whisk movement,the medial gastrocnemius muscle is the muscle with the highest contribution rate.The contribution rate of rectus femoris muscle in the excellent group is high,and the contribution rate of lateral femoris muscle in the ordinary group is high,which is a part of quadriceps femoris.(3)The force on the forefoot of female players is greater than that on the heel,and with the improvement of training level,the plantar pressure distribution shifts to the inside of the toe.(4)Compared with ordinary female players,the stress center trajectory of excellent female players is more smooth,so that Samba whisk has stronger stability and better body balance in the process of action.
