| Research purposes:This paper uses the kinematics test method to obtain kinematic parameters such as the movement range, speed, and the speed and angle of the hip, knee, and ankle joints of 16 female athletes during the completion of the Whisk action through three-dimensional image analysis. The kinematic parameters differences between dancers and excellent Latin dancers were analyzed, and the specific problems existing in ordinary Latin dancers were analyzed. The aim was to explore the movement form, trajectory and law of Whisk movements, and to provide training references for athletes to improve their movement techniques.,improve the quality of movements, and can also provide a theoretical basis for formulating scientific and normative movements.research method: In this paper, with the help of sports biomechanics,high-speed cameras are used to capture movements, and the kinematic characteristic information of the basic Whisk movements of samba dances of excellent Latin dancers and ordinary Latin dancers is obtained through the German three-dimensional motion capture analysis system--Simi Motion system.Using literature review method, comparative analysis method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods to analyze the time, displacement, speed and joint angle of each athlete’s samba dance Whisk action from the perspective of biomechanics.,function operation, and curve fitting,SPSS23.0 conducts independent sample T test on the data to compare the differences in the parameters of the two groups of athletes, and analyzes the technical problems of the athletes.Experimental results:(1)Time characteristics: In a complete right-handed samba Whisk movement, there was no significant difference in the total time completed by the excellent and ordinary athletes, which were 1.828±0.095 seconds and 1.79±0.113 seconds, respectively, but the time allocated to each movement stage was not significantly different. There are differences in time, and there is a significant difference in the time spent between the two groups at the beginning of the action.(2)Displacement characteristics of center of gravity: Elite and ordinary athletes have similar changes in three directions of center of gravity displacement, but there are differences in each stage. In the X-axis direction, the total displacements are 0.149 meters and 0.216 meters, respectively;in the Y-axis direction, the total displacements are-0.411 meters and-0.385 meters, respectively;in the Z-axis direction, the total displacements are-0.012 meters and 0.018 meters,respectively.(3)Characteristics of center of gravity speed: There are differences in center of gravity speed between elite and ordinary athletes. In the X-axis direction, the average speed of the center of gravity of the two groups of athletes was the largest at the beginning of the movement, which were 0.213 m/s and 0.281 m/s,respectively;in the Y-axis direction, the average speed of the center of gravity of the two groups of athletes reached the maximum during the movement of the center of gravity,respectively-0.550 m/s,-0.578 m/s;in the Z-axis direction, the average speed of the center of gravity of the two groups of athletes reached the maximum during the movement adjustment phase, which were-0.016 m/s and 0.012 m/s,respectively.(4)Characteristics of hip, knee and ankle joint angles: The change trend of the left and right hip, left and right knee, and left and right ankle joint angles of excellent and ordinary athletes is generally consistent, and the action stages corresponding to the maximum and minimum mean values are the same, but the two groups of level athletes There are angular differences at each stage.(5)Speed characteristics of hip, knee, and ankle joints: The average speed of left and right hips, left and right knees, and left and right ankle joints of the two groups of athletes changed the most in the X direction, but in general, the action nodes corresponding to the slow tempo were as follows: The speed of each joint point of the lower limb of the elite athlete is lower than that of the ordinary athlete in the three axes, and the action nodes corresponding to the fast beat rhythm show that the speed of each joint point of the lower limb of the elite athlete is greater than that of the ordinary athlete in the three axes.Analysis conclusion:By comparing the kinematic characteristics of the basic Whisk movement of the samba dance between elite athletes and ordinary athletes, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The duration of time used by the two groups of horizontal athletes is basically the same under the same musical rhythm. The physical control ability of excellent athletes is better than that of ordinary athletes,so the grasp of exercise time is more accurate, which can better reflect the rhythm characteristics of samba dance",indicating that in daily training, strengthening the practice of physical fitness and improving muscle control ability helps athletes master movement time.(2)The body center of gravity displacement curve of the two groups of horizontal athletes shows an approximate linear relationship in the left and right directions, and the vertical direction shows a "wave-type" change. At the beginning of the action, ordinary athletes have the problem of wrong judgment of displacement direction, and throughout the action stage, the movement amplitude of the center of gravity of excellent athletes in the vertical direction is smaller than that of ordinary athletes, therefore,in the teaching process of samba, teachers should pay attention to the explanation of the direction of the center of gravity movement and enhance the athlete’s sense of direction of action.(3)The center of gravity speed of elite athletes at each stage is coordinated and consistent with the rhythm characteristics of samba dance in three directions, and the center of gravity speed is the largest in the right direction, while the speed of ordinary athletes varies in different directions at different stages in the action adjustment stage, the backward movement speed is greater than the rightward speed, which is obviously different from that of elite athletes.(4)Compared with ordinary athletes, elite athletes have a more complete degree of abdominal crunch and knee flexion, which can effectively improve the movement speed, shorten the movement time, and make the movement more fluid and explosive Knee and ankle joint angles are different from those of elite athletes, among which the moment when the left leg stops bending the knee and the moment when the whole right foot lands on the ground is significantly different.(5)Compared with ordinary athletes, the joint speed control of elite athletes is more reasonable. The speed of the joints on both sides in three directions is consistent with the movement speed characteristics of the center of gravity. In the slow beat stage, the body is fully charged, and the knee and ankle joints can obtain more energy.More kinetic energy is needed to speed up the thrusting speed, and the traction brought by the body’s reflexive action will also increase the rotation speed of the hip joint. |
