Since Egypt started to accept the Foreign Aids, China began to supply ForeignAids to Africa. The China-Africa Aids has a history of nearly sixty years. Therelationships between Africa and China play a key role in internationalrelationships.2013Chairman Xi Jinping visited Africa, which attracted the world’sattention again.This paper discusses the changes and developments of the patterns of China’s aidto Africa. The first chapter briefly introduces the basic theory of foreign aid andforeign aid theory research in China. According to the mainstream academic, China’said to Africa is divided into1949-1978,1979-1995,1996to present three stages.Respectively from the scale of aid, assistance, if there were any political stringsattached, aid management mechanism, the way of aid and aid range from severalaspects such as carding stage characteristics of China’s aid to Africa. The third chapterhas summarized the accomplishment of the China’s aids to Africa. Besides, thischapter also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of China’s aid model.According to the "Tanzania-Zambia railway" and "the Angolan aid", the conclusionhas been confirmed. To confirm the changes in the China’s aid to Africa patternthrough analysis these cases.The fourth chapter summarizes the research results of present Chinese aid mode,and concludes the model in this paper. Conclusion part points out that China shoulddeepen the reform the way of aids to Africa, continue to implement the "fourprinciples", insist on China’s foreign aid does not put any conditions attached. Inaddition on the scope of the foreign aid project shall focus on the development ofcultural education career, to increase aid to soft power as well as the four culturalaspects, make China’s foreign aid real development-oriented aid.
