A Study On The Legal Guarantee Of Public Participation In Urban And Rural Planning Of Small Towns

With China’s urbanization development, the importance of small towns becomemore evident."Forewarned is forearmed, without prejudging the waste" and therefore,the primary problem is that the small towns and rural planning small towns. Andpublic participation in the planning of urban and rural small town has a very importantsignificance, so this article will focus on the study of small towns and rural planningpublic participation on the issue. China’s current urban and rural planning in smalltowns there are "more than the government-led, and lack of public participation" issue.The reason for such a problem, for two reasons: First, the government executivepower management style has not changed; Second, public participation mechanismsfor legal protection of small towns and rural planning is not perfect. To this end, thegovernment should change the way the administration, meanwhile, improve thesystem of public participation, in order to protect the rights of public participation inurban and rural planning.
