However, the emergence and developmentof digital technology greatly reduced the cost of copying information, at the sametime of convenient access to information, also makes the illegal copying phenomenonis commonplace, caused great damage to the lawful rights and interests of thecopyright owner.Digital music transmission mode in China there are three main types: the spreadof the use of P2P software model, using the search engine sites spread model and theuse of video sharing sites model. Relative to the demands of the rapid development ofnetwork, our country for three propagation mode of legal regulation is lagging. Digitalmusic network transmission of the three main modes have different degrees ofinfringement phenomenon, in order to purify the Internet environment, safeguard thelegitimate rights and interests of music works are the copyright owner, theoptimization of digital music network propagation mode is imperative.In this paper, combined with the development of digital music three majortransmission mode of six typical cases, and two comparison, analyzes the P2Ptechnology, the digital music transmission mode, use of search engine sites spreadmode, using the sharing site model works, found three propagation modeinfringement problems respectively, and aiming at the existing problem of all kinds ofmodel are discussed in this paper, provides the corresponding suggestions.
