Cultural industry is an important carrier of socialist culture which is helpful todevelop the economic market. It is the important way to satisfy different needs indifferent person. And it is also the very important point to adjust the structure ofeconomic and transfer the way to develop the economic.The cultural industry iscalled “sunrise industry in21th century” or “The new engine to develop theeconomic”. And the capital is the soul to develop the cultural industry. Financing is animportant measure of developing cultural industry. However, because of the culturalindustry has some special characters, resulting in its need of finance is different. Thecurrent condition of China’s capital market can’t meet the financing needs of culturalindustry. According to the current status of capital market, the market of direct financeis strictly regulated under law. The indirect finance has large saving fund, which iscritical for developing cultural industry, but absolutely can’t meet the financial needof cultural industry. Therefore, it is necessary to research some law problems inprocess of indirect finance of cultural industry. This article is under the context of thegovernment and capital is more and more valuing the development of cultural industry.From analyzing the characters of cultural industry and special need of culturalindustry in capital market as a starting point and according to the status of thedevelopment of cultural industry. Then, compare with the developed country ofcultural industry, point the problems of indirect finance of cultural industry, andanalyze the reasons of these problems.
