The medium and small-size enterprises (MSSEs) tend to dominate in the complex competition for its small scale, large amount and smart ways of operation. It can efficiently promote the growth of economy and absorb a large amount of labor force, activate the market atmosphere and advance the free competition. This destine MSSEs have an important position and lead affect in the development of national economy. And for China, with scarcity of capital and surplus of labor force, most MSSEs are labor intensive industry which is well fit for feature of factor endowment of our nation and can produce more economics surplus. So, it makes contribution to the acumination of capital and promotion of the structure of factor endowment. Thus, it makes a great significance for Chinese economic development.Owing on long-term negligence of the MSSEs, many problems present in the MSSEs of our country, among them, the problem of finance (the main form is indirect finance) come into be a practical barrier in the development. Along with the in-depth of economical practice and theoretical research, great attention has been paid to the subject of financial difficulty in the MSSEs. From the orientation of government policies to the full development of financial mechanism system, all of them are actively devoted to exploration and transformation so as to solve this problem.However, finance, after all, is a comparatively deficient resource, according to the distribution patterns of resources in economical market, the difficulty of finance is still the characteristic of Chinese economy at the present stage. Approaches for the MSSEs to conquer the problem of financial difficulty, despite depending on the whole environment's improvement, to enhance personal quality, make correct decision, take positive and proper financial strategies. This is an urgent and practical problem related to the MSSEs whether they can seize the market opportunities and develop smoothly.Being engaged in credit operation directly in bank, I contact lots of MSSEs and experience a large number of financial cases. I find out the lack of correct operational ideology and financial strategy is in a great number of MSSEs. The former discussions focus on theoretical and macro-level discovery for MSSEs' financial problem. From the view of enterprise, with MSSEs'cases, I make a research on how to conquer indirect financial problem on the practice and micro-level. I hope it's practicable and significant for the thesis to adopt measures above mentioned.The thesis combines actual analysis with model analysis. According to the logical idea of putting forward problem-analyzing problem- solving problem, it researches on how to conquer indirect financial problem of MSSEs and explorates particular measures to solve it.The whole thesis consists of 3 chapters:Chapter Ⅰ is the introduction of MSSEs' indirect finance. It explains the domestic economy and the main role in advancing economy. It also points out the immediate significance for our country's smooth economic development and the unsuitable indirect financial situation.Chapter Ⅱ uses the actual analysis to analyze the failure in property delimitation. All of them bring about the indirect financial problem of MSSEs, operational mechanism and ethic risk and the unsuitable strategies in operation and finance. It also makes the foundation for solving the problem.On the basis of the above-analyzed chapters and for the existent problem, chapter Ⅲ explores thoroughly the correct operational mechanism and financial strategy for MSSEs to be successful in the indirect finance.
