The land expropriation compensation system existing in the countrieshave roughly stipulated in the range standard and the main benefit of compensation,all these are highly contribute to China’s rural land acquisition compensation and evento the whole country’s land acquisition compensation systerm. However, there arealso many problems exist in the rural land expropriation compensation,such asincomplete compensation standard, narrow compensation scope, unclearcompensation principle, lack supervision on the land requisition compensationprocess and so on.All of these are seriously damage the legitimate rights and interestsof peasants.
