On Pan Dakui 's Political Thought

Pan Dakui is a renowned political scientist and democratic patriots who actived in China during1930s and1940s.When China faced to the domestic trouble and foreign invasion, Pan Dakui threw himself into the rush for salvation with full of patriotic spirit after coming back from the United States,trying to use the advanced political philosophy belonging to the west to put an end to the backwardness of chinese polity,economy and culture.During the long time that Pan Dakui undertook the academic research and political contend,a theoretical system taking democratism as the main line gradually formed in the mind of Pan Dakui.The theoretical system included the thinkings of international relations,the top-level design and the establishment of constitution,which reflected on the fact that Pan Dakui looked forward to the peace,unify and constitutionalism.The paper mainly focuses on the research of three aspects of thoughts including pacifism,constitutionalism and socialism by the means of discussing the Pan Dakui’s wiritings and activities in National Republic of China.The paper aims to figure out the train of thought and the journey of the heart.This paper will launch the research from following three aspects.The first part of the paper discusses the basis of political thoughts of Pan Dakui.This part builds up a comprehensive analytical framework following the logic of environment of the times,the theory origin and practical experience.On the basis of the analytical framework,it deeply elaborates the times background,the theory origin and the practical foundation of the formation of Pan Dakui’s political thoughts.The second part is the main one,which researches the main ideal of Pan Dakui and construction of the ideological system.The last part gives an objective comment on the thoughts of Pan Dakui,its main aim is to push forward the deepening of the research by the study of the thought characteristics and limitation,but we particularly pain attention to that we should explain Pan Dakui’s thoughts in the specific historical environment.
