Research On The Strategy Of Party Building Information Push In "Integrated Platform Of Service Party Organization In Yunnan Province"

Internet is changing people’slifestyle, but also profoundly changed the party’s environmental governance, brought unprecedented challenges to the party’s organizational structure and mode of operation, to the party building put forward new requirements, new tasks.Therefore, the timely extension of the party building work to the Internet, use the Internet for Party-mass service is of great historical significance.This paper focuses on Yunnan’ service-oriented party organizationintegrated platform construction" in how to effectively implement the party’s accurate strategy research and discussion of information push service, mainly has carried out the following work:(1) This paper puts forward a information push strategy based on organization level,the party information and the party work matching combination.This paper analyzes the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department,"Network Party" platform current problems in the way information push, clear precise target requirements for information push in "Service-oriented party organization integrated platform construction".On this basis, analyz the characteristics of party building information and types, and combine the relationship between party organization layered structure and party work characteristic, propose information push strategy based on organization level,the party information and the party work matching combination.To meet the leading cadres of the party work dynamic grasp, and can meet the related party information as much as possible, only in the corresponding masses of workers in the accuracy of high efficiency, fast delivery service needs.(2) This paper proposes a clustering method based on the party building information and the party members’ jobs. Against the party information content reflects the characteristics of the party work types, choose the party information types as party affairs worker classification characteristics, use the party information types and the similarity of the party affairs worker position as characteristic values of the party affairs worker type clustering based on the information of the party. At the same time, considering the correlation of party affairs workers work, selecting competent work as classification characteristics, using similarity of party affairs worker position for the characteristic values of the party affairs worker clustering according to jobs.(3) Design the party information type similar to party affairs worker jobs and party affairs worker work between similar scheme of two levels of the party information push.Based on (1) and (2), using similarity of party affairs worker, design a scheme of two levels information push.First using the party and the party affairs worker jobs information similarity to determine the level of target push personnel of party building information,then according to the similarity of the party workers to determine the secondary target push personnel, so as to get the final target delivery personnel.Finally, the paper according to the practical application, the use of the above strategy, and Pearson formula to calculate similarity simulation in2different types on the distribution of party building information sent experiment, obtained for better threshold value of different kinds of information, which not only ensure the push of information in a specific target personnel, information and to ensure the high coverage, directional push for party building information purposes.
