Research On Legal System Of Network Information Security

The rapid development of the network makes the network information security protection become a major issue around the world. Microeconomic environment and legal environment of network information is the primary indicator of the development of network information security and, therefore, protecting the network information to build the core of the legal protection of the safety of the legal system has become the consensus of the world.With the accelerated process of China’s information society, network and critical infrastructure information systems and other infrastructure completed, the information industry has become the largest pillar industry of national economy. The network not only contributed to human production and life, but also led to various a threat to the state, society, business, personal security, including the protection of personal information protection and privacy protection, business information security, and the right to fair competition in business and reputation. Network information security ill inconsistent with the rule of law requires full protection of individual rights, but also become a huge obstacle to development of electronic commerce. Therefore, our current information security legislation must verify the legal status of different subjects, the rights and obligations of different subjects enjoyed their information data, network authentication system on the network information collection, use and transfer of strict conditions and procedures specified in network and information security should bear legal responsibility and other matters. Also, on the way to the party whose rights have been infringed relief when, for infringement of network information security standards and other violations of the sanctions given clearly defined.Information technology has developed rapidly, wide coverage and ensure network and information security will become increasingly difficult, and once the network information is used or attacked, its impact and the loss will be greater. In view of this situation and the existence of these problems, the study of network information security legislation to protect it appears extremely necessary. on the basis of certain research and analysis, I choose this as my thesis topic. And I hope, through their own discourse resize the object on the network and information security legislation in different subjects, such as the legal status of network information security legislation in question, for the and analysis, combined with China network Information Security legislation and practical problemsdrawing on relevant legislative experience other Western countries to think about my future and explore issues related to network and information security legal system.
