The recessive ideological and political education is corresponding to the dominant ideological and political education. Based on the research situation of the two countries mining their advantages to compare reference resources and practice. For the future of our country the study of ideological and political education method will play a good role in promoting. This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. Mainly from the perspective of theory and reality has been clear about the value and significance of this topic, this paper introduces the general situation of the recessive ideological and political education of China and the United States and the specific situation and the research methods in this paper, we use.The second part to the connotation and basic characteristics of the recessive ideological and political education.
