A Study Of Ye Shi 's Political Thought

The Southern Song Dynasty in the development process of China’s history lasted only100years, but it is very great, especially in economy, culture, science and technology have made brilliant achievements. In the field of thought, the Southern Song Dynasty is a peak period neo-Confucianism development, the Yongjia school represented by Ye Shi and science, psychology and said, three Cheng Ding’s full potential. Influence of the formation and development of Ye Shi thought by the Southern Song Dynasty social status, Ye Shi outstanding achievement in philosophy, utilitarianism and so on,the philosophy and the utilitarianism thought forms the basis for the ideological system. Legal thought is an important part of ye thought, is unique, the political ideology based on. So this paper tries to research the legal thought of Yeshi based on his political thought,hopingto have further understanding on the legal thoughts of Yeshi. Study on leaf suitable legal thought to us is of important reference value in the study of specific historical figure today, the author thinks that the legal thought of Ye Shi is based on utilitarianism, this characteristic also has an important reference significance to today’s construction of socialist rule of law.
