The cadre education is aimed at improving cadres’understanding of policy, political theory, literacy, professional abilityof the cadres who work at the party and government offices,enterprises and institutions. It is the combination of the cadre workand the education.The communist party of China has put the cadres education inthe first place since it was founded. After28years of fighting, theCommunist Party of China overthrew the rule of Kuomintang andestablished the New China on October1,1949. In the newcircumstances, the communist party has transformed from the onewhich leads Chinese people’s revolution to a ruling party. At thesame time, the cadres of the party also had new changes. All ofthese changes made the cadre education imperative. Therefore, atthe beginning of the New China, the Central Committee of the Partyand the national government wrote policies and took actions toadvance the carders education.This essay chooses Shanzhou District to study and analyses theimplementation of its cadres education.The essay includes three parts: the introduction, the main textand the epilogue.The introduction part describes the study object and thesignificance of this topic. It also gives a brief introduction about thecurrent study and achievements, both in China and broad. Then it will present the approach and the materials of this essay.The main text includes four chapters:Chapter1, primarily introduces the background of ShanzhouDistrict cadres’ education in1949-1952. It starts with the situations inthe nationwide, and then the problems of the cadres in the ShanzhouDistrict.Chapter2, comprehensively presents three institutions and seventraining methods.Chapter3, lists four contents of the cadres education in detail:cultural eduction, current policies’ education, ideological andpolitical education, professional education.Chapter4, briefly evaluates the cadres education of ShanzhouDistrict in1949-1952. Summarize the accomplishment and point outthe problems needed to be solved.The epilogue, reviews of the whole study and introduces theconditions of the cadres education in Shanzhou District after1953. Italso gives some suggestions based on the cadre education ofShanzhou District during1949-1952.
