Research On China 's Resource Crisis Based On Marxist Theory Of Ecological Civilization

Since the1970s, the resource crisis and environment pollution has become a worldwide problem. Resource crisis that a product of economic and social development and environmental pollution, which comprised the main eco-environmental problems. Nowadays, the resource crisis has from the fossil energy resources evolved into a comprehensive resource. China, as a developing socialist country, is also facing a resource crisis.18of the CPC Congress pointed out that China’s resource and environmental constraints of the party. We should be promoted vigorously the construction of ecological civilization. We should be built the initial formation of resource protection and utilization of the guidelines and development goals. We should insist on "three policies", promoting "three developments". Marxist ecological civilization theory is my paper’s guided theory. And my paper is built on the research results of resource crises at home and abroad. I will analysis and studies in detail my country’s resource crises, and providing solutions to resource crises in ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In my opinion, the resource crisis in China should be beyond the capitalist mode of production, and to address it in ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper has five parts. The first part is an introduction concluded that the purpose, meaning, research at home and abroad, researching theories, new idea and research methods of study. The second part concluded that summarized overview of Marxist ecological civilization theory and our resources crisis. And introduced clarify the two main elements of Marxist ecological civilization theory, as well as from three context that conception, impact, meaning to overview resource crisis in China. As a result, points out the meaning of Marxist ecological civilization theory to solve the crisis. The third part concluded that introduce mainly situation and causes of the China resources crisis. Through studying pointed out that our country is facing the comprehensive resource crises. I will combine the main reason and other reasons to analysis which the inequitable distribution of resources under of the system of globalization, the lack of value of the relationship between man and nature, the extensive mode of economic growth, the externalities of the compensation of resource and environmental, and the latency of system of ecological civilization construction. The forth part concluded that mostly based on the positions and viewpoints of Marxist ecological civilization theory, focusing on China’s reality, formed the basic idea to resolve a resource crisis. I will form four areas to explore specific path response in crisis situations. First, we should cultivate a view of ecologic civilization and promote civic to consume greenly. Second, we should build the economical and intensive conception to use o resources and promote the transformation of production methods. Third, we should have the innovation of science and technology and becoming industrial ecology. Lastly, we should be protected to natural resources and strengthening the construction of the system of ecological civilization. The fifth part is conclusion. It summarized mainly this research and presents a conclusion that we should beyond the capitalist mode’s production, and to address the China’s resource crisis in ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristic.
