The democracy transformation and reinforcement has long been a popular study point for the developing countries. More and more scholars have realized that the economic achievements do not necessarily mean a developed democracy system. With the great development of the economy, the new shareholders of the society have a demanding of their rights which in fact conflict with the slow development of the political structure, tending to cause a social disorder. In the case of Thailand, the conflict has brought some serious situations. On one hand, the military coups have became more and more often, on the other hand, Thailand insists on election, while they don’t really respect the election results. Those conflicts in the end generates from the social structure of Thailand. Thailand is not a loosely structured social system nor a simply classes society, but a network society that construct by social groups and social status. This structure has made Thailand a country which lacks Institutionalization and organized of its political interests synergy. The delegates of the social life are not equal individuals or associations, but few elites of the society. Most of the citizens of Thailand are passive, affiliated delegates of the society. This article analyses the political case of Thailand by three dimensions-organizations, social status and power hierarchy. This article is aimed at giving a review of the latest changes of Thailand’s social structures and an analysis of the actualities of Thailand political.
