With the continuous development of the national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity,the grassroots community governance structure has gradually been constructed.As an important force to serve the people,to undertake the transfer of government functions,and to alleviate the pressure of the government,community social organizations have gradually become an important subject in the social governance system and play an important role in it.Under the background of the current multi-governance subject participation in social governance,it is of great practical significance to study the healthy development of community social organizations and the benign interaction with the government.This thesis focuses on the phenomenon that the current social organization of the community is generally dependent on the government.It uses Dos Santos’ s "new attachment theory" as the theoretical basis,community social organization as the research subject,and focuses on the "Hubin Qingyu" studio as the research object.This thesis discusses the causes and predicaments of the development of community social organizations,and combines the author’s binary analysis framework based on the new dependency theory to comprehensively analyze the possible path of community social organizations’ detachment and self-development.The first chapter of this thesis mainly expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research on community social organizations at home and abroad,and gives a brief comment on the research results at home and abroad.At the same time,it expounds the research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly elaborates on the concept of community social organization and "new dependency theory",and forms a binary analysis framework of "the degree of willingness to attach the subject" and the strength of the relationship with the dependent subject according to the "new dependency theory".And this framework is used as the theoretical basis of this research.The third chapter starts from the operation mode of community social organization under the ideal state of construction,and draws three community social organizations that are dependent on the dominance.It determines the degree of self-government and independent development as the indicators and measures the three social organizations separately.The analytical framework discusses the existing operational status of various social organizations.The fourth chapter focuses on the development process of the “Hubin Qingyu” studio.It mainly explains the dependence of the studio on the organizational structure from the development of the studio and the operation mechanism.Then it succeeds through the “Hubin Qingyu” studio.Promote the case study of “Si Xin Fang Reconstruction”,show the positive results achieved by the community social organizations under the government’s attachment,and then analyze the case of the “two-track system” through the party fees to lead to the official gateway stop,showing the community social organization.In the process of relying on the government’s development process.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the possible path of organizational optimization from the perspectives of community social organization,government and society.In terms of community social organizations,it is clear about functional positioning and strengthening its own management;on the government side,it changes management concepts and regulates the absorption of boundaries;on the social side,it integrates social resources and strengthens social linkage.The sixth chapter summarizes the research results of this thesis and points out the innovations and deficiencies.
