Research On The Management Mechanism Of Government Public Opinion

February19,2011, Hu Jintao, general secretary of China, put forward8views of how to improve the social management scientifically, which explicitly requires "to further strengthen and improve the information network management to enhance the management level of the virtual society to guide online public opinion." at the opening ceremony of the innovation of social management symposium for provincial and ministerial leaders. That reflects the central government’s high focus on the rapid development of the network of virtual society ". Also, to establish and sound the mechanism of net opinions management is an important action to promote the innovation of social management and improve the ruling ability.This article starts from analyzing and researching the dual function for the governance of the network public opinion from the concept, characteristics, development law of internet public opinion and analyzes some classical cases of internet public opinion to point out the problems in the internet public opinion management and deeply analyzes the network public opinion mechanism of Dongming Road government to put forward some improvement suggestions. Finally, according to the hints from public opinion management of Dongming Road government, the author put forward some suggestions on network management system for China.
