Research On The Coping Mechanism Of Network Public Opinion In Hebei Province

In recent years,network technology is developing rapidly,and the number of Internet users has increased dramatically.Following newspapers,radio,and television,Internet media has been recognized as the "fourth media".The Internet provides a wide space for the dissemination of all kinds of information,then network public opinion appears and has becoming the reflection and portrayal of all areas of social life.Network public opinion can provide a reference for the government to understand public opinion and make scientific decision.However,if some false or irrational network public opinion is not controlled in time,it will lead to wrong public opinion orientation,and disrupt the social order.As the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei continues to deepen,the special relationship of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei determines that the environment of network public opinion in Hebei will directly affect the social stability of Beijing,Tianjin and the whole country.How the local government in Hebei Province to deal with the opportunities and challenges brought by network public opinion has become an important subject that needs further study.This paper used the literature research method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method,method of combining theory with evidence and comprehensive induction method,combined with the current development status of network public opinion and related conceptual theories,through studying the present status of coping mechanism,question and reason of Hebei's network public opinion,selected domestic events of response of network public opinion as typical case in one year,learned from the experience and inspiration of Nanyang's "Water-Hydro Automobile" and Hubei Red Cross' s accountability incident in the response and guidance of public opinion.This paper put forward suggestions to the local government at all levels in Hebei on the construction of coping mechanisms for network public opinion from seven aspects,including ideology,guidance mechanism,team building,skill application,platform construction,network standardized management,and legal system construction,in order to achieve the goal of improving the government's ability of response ofnetwork public opinion and the government's credibility,and achieving a virtuous circle of social governance.It will also provide strong support for the realization of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and harmonious society and other major national strategies.
