Equilibrium: A Study On The Construction Logic Of China 's Maintenance Model

From the general sense, the stability is an old important question in the political field. China has been defined as "transformation society" since the reform and opening. Because the system of society has made a lot of changes. During the transformation process, the most important issue is to break the old framework and interests in society and politics to create a new pattern. No doubt, the so-called "transformation" means imperfections with a variety of instability. As logic or a path, the balance naturally possesses stable characteristics. So the stability maintainence will inevitably become an important duty of the government with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization. At present, the Stability Maintainence pattern faces with serious challenges.The deep-seated reasons is the "imbalance". Imbalances can create transient stability. In contrast to that, the inherent requirement of lasting stability is balance in the Citizens-contractual society, the balance not only naturally has a stable temperament, but also contains elastic characteristics of adapted integration and dynamic coordination. So this pattern is likely to result fracture in society and politics due to dynamic coordination. Be based on several considerations, this paper’s purpose is to analyze Chinese current Stability Maintainence pattern with the balanced theory. I also propose that regarding the balance as logic to build Stability Maintainence pattern in transformation is a good way to promote social harmony.Basing on Marxist theory and combining with western political theory, this paper analyzes Chinese social and political stability. The paper comprises introduction, main body and conclusion, the main body includes four chapters. In the introduction, this paper summarizes the origin, the theoretical and practical significance, researching status at home and abroad, and investigative methods etc. Specifically, the article’s initial interpretation is its core concept—stability maintainence. At first, I generally define its intension and basic characteristics.Then I divide the evolution of the historical process into four stable patterns from tradition to outlook. It shows the process of Stability Maintainence pattern from the whole, dialectical and historical perspective. Undertaking chapter Ⅱ, the third chapter explains the logical relationship between the balance and Stability Maintainence pattern. This part involves another core concept-balance. Firstly, it clarifies what political balance is and what type-classifications of balanced dimension are. It summarizes the demands of the Stability Maintainence pattern according to classification of the balanced pattern and reality. After expounding the necessity and possibility, it looks the balance as logic to build new Stability Maintainence pattern. The forth chapter analyzes the protest forms and political aspirations with the theory of social struggling.Then it analyzes the inherent difficulties and performance due to lacking of balance in current Stability Maintainence pattern. We can say that this chapter shows the problem of the current pattern. It is a kind of empirical analysis and theoretical research. The government (as the national deputy) has to play the main role. In the fifth chapter, I try to make a few ideas for building our Stability Maintainence pattern from the balance of interests (nature), the balance of system (support) and then the balance of law (guaranteed).Finally, this paper includes a variety of researching methods. Structural-feature is its color. The theory of social and political stability is its foundation. The main line is livelihood politics that is in order to achieve the goal of good governance. It explores the inner logic of balance in the Stability Maintainence pattern and provides a new idea for striving for the Stability Maintainence pattern when it has fallen into "bottleneck" stage. It devotes to abstract the new process to achieve social and political goals of collaborative governance and good governance. The conclusion is a brief statement of the researching value and shortcomings of this article. Building inclusive society is to achieve social development and harmony.In academia, it is common about the Stability Maintainence pattern and political equilibrium. But regarding the balance as logic to build the Stability Maintainence pattern is not only very rare but also lacking of systematic. What is an innovation in the paper? Then it provides a new perspective in order to provide a useful reference for social governance and political development.
