The tradition of equalization in the village and the consistent pursuit for fairness and equality of villagers make the carrier of collective economy-land stock cooperative adhere to the orientation in the whole process of the establishment & operation. It embodies on aspects like the organizing & management mode of equal participation, the average allocation of stock equity, and the distribution scheme giving consideration to the interests of parties and so on.
