On The Defined System Of Juvenile Design

The minors are the future and hope of the country and responsible for the national construction.But because of physical and mental development of the minors is not perfect, so their ability to distinguish between right and wrong, and self-control is poor. In recent years, with the economic development and raise of staff mobility, education and care of the school and family to the minors has been weakened than before, in a manner, the cases involving the commission of crimes by minors increased gradually, until it becomes the focus of the society.This article will focus on the basic meaning, value and the deficiencies of the designated defending system for the minors, also the change and improvement of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, especially discussed the inadequacies of the designated defending system for the minors and the provisions about the special protection of minors in the new Code of Criminal Procedure.Finally, the author proposed her own opinions on the basis of practice.
