A Study On The Legalization Of Social Responsibility Of Chinese Financial Enterprises

With the expansion of business scale and the development of the practice of the world enterprises, corporate impact on modern society unprecedented expansion, these effects include positive impacts. At the same time, due to pursuing the benefits cause labor, product quality, environmental pollution, and other negative impacts, thus causing concerns around the globe, the issue of CSR also cause the academic attention in recent years.Compared to the general industrial and Commercial enterprises,the financial industry has a configuration and regulation and the function of controlling social resources,as the core of the national economy and pivotal link, this kind of industrial characteristics decided the inevitability and importance of social responsibility on the financial institutions.In addition, China’s financial industry has a strong particularity, have very strict government regulation, monopoly widespread in financial corporate, so the social responsibility of financial institutions in China is more significant. In order to guide financial institutions to fulfill their social responsibilities, we must regulate financial enterprises. The so-called financial corporate social responsibility is the responsibility of financial institutions should take care of someone’s benefits in the course of business, including customers, shareholders and other stakeholders, should bear the social responsibility to the environment, community, including the maintenance of financial security social responsibility.The financial corporate social responsibility legalization is a gradual process, firstly, we must learn about the development of domestic and foreign financial corporate social responsibility law, combined with social development in China, looking for legal ways. This paper argues that based on the path of the corporate social responsibility legalization, China should ultimately change the some moral responsibilities into the social responsibility laws, and to meet the needs of social development, to achieve the purpose of promoting financial enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
