On The Differences Between Marriage Conclusion And Withdrawal System Between Mainland China And Taiwan

There is a significant difference between Mainland Marriage and Taiwan Marriage Law in terms of the marriage establishment, modification and release system.Based on some cases, this thesis comapared the marriage conclusion system and the dissolution system between the two sides and try to perfect the Mainland Marriage conclusion system&the dissolution system according to the status of cross-strait relations combined with the legislative experience of some other countries.
