A Study On The Role Of Yi 's Family Support System In The Administration Of Grassroots Community In Xiaoliangshan Mountain

Ninglang Yi Autonomous County is located in Lijiang City, YunnanProvince. Its area is6025square kilometers, about80percent of thepopulation is minority, in which Xiao Liangshan Yi population accountsfor about60percent of the county population. During the Liangshan Yilong course of historical development, family lineage system is the mostimportant clanship to completely dominate the traditional Yi people’sproduction and social life for thousands of years, the effects of familylineage system in Xiao Liangshan Yi area still widespread from democraticreform to the present. This paper analyses family lineage system to studyits traditional influence in Yi traditional community and family lineagesystems how to influence Yi grassroots community people’s politicalparticipation, social interaction, production and life, which directlyor indirectly affect the local administration. It aims to seek aneffective channel for innovation’s demands of Xiao Liangshanadministration by analyzing and evaluating the functions of Yi familylineage system to local administration.This paper is focus on Yi family lineage system’s influence andfunction to the grassroots community administration, by making the fieldsurveys, case studies, reference materials to show the family lineagesystem’s function and effect to local Yi community administration inlocal grassroots administrative way. By analyzing the connections betweenfamily lineage system and administration, to figure out the specialinfluencing factors of ethnic minority areas’ administration work. Toanalyses and evaluative the merits and demerits of influencing factors,take the essence and discard the dregs and finally make a contributionto the local administration.
