Diplomatic Changes In The Information Age And The Challenge Of China 's Diplomacy

Since the1960s, the fifth information revolution has changed the living style, thestudying way and the working way of the mankind completely, booted humanproductivity growth, strengthened and accelerated the social changes. Therefore itbrings the mankind into the information era.In the information era, modern information technology has penetrated into everyaspect of social, even changed people’s values, socially conscious and socialstructures. At the same time, it has changed the diplomatic environment, eroded thebasis of traditional diplomacy, expanded the diplomatic content, promoted the changeof diplomatic institution and diplomatic solution.Based on the development and characteristics of information technology, thisthesis analyzes the transformation of the global diplomatic.
