A Study On The Inspection System Of Foreigners' Entry

Exit-Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China was issued andimplemented on July1st2013, which is an important landmark in the Exit-EntryManagement of our country. With the development of the policies of reform andopening to the outside world, this law has a great meaning for the work of Exit-EntryInspection, especially for the inspection to the entry foreigners.As an officer of Exit-entry Border Inspection Station in Shanghai airport, the authorwill discuss the innovation of the inspection to the entry foreigners with themethodology of the comparative analysis and feasibility studies, referring to workingpractice of entry foreigner inspection in Shanghai Airports.Combined with the actual work, the author will also give some advice, on how theExit-entry Border Inspection Authorities should regulate the procedure system and theright of discretion, to improve the application of the Exit-Entry Administration Law.
