Detoxification is a worldwide issue. A few of features of rehabilitation work appears to be long, arduous and complicated. The formal implementation of the "People’s Republic of China Narcotics Law" from June1,2008clearly defines:the primary criteria of drug treatment is to improve the abstinence rate so a previous drug user can make a successful return to the society. Drug Regulations "states:rehabilitation work must adhere to the" people-oriented, scientific treatment, comprehensive treatment, care and assistance "principle. Based on the basic principle of detoxification and the make of law for the two legislations, detoxification is for saving drug users’life by using a mandatory treatment and education. Current’391forced isolation treatment mode’used in Yunnan is built with the final goal of detoxification work. This model has the largest number of drug addicts got treated and is currently the most effective way to help addicts drop drugs and back to healthy lifestyle. However during the implementation, the writer questioned the inadequacy of this model even through there have been many successful cases and wanted to find out ways to perfect the model. Clearly to further study and understand the law of detoxification, therefore be able to introduce new innovation methods to increase the abstinence rate will be a vital in social stability and harmony.This paper is mainly based on the forced isolation treatment mode using Yunnan as an example. It started with a comparison between "361forced isolation treatment mode" and "391forced isolation treatment mode", using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. And then form the direction of mandatory model which is changed from "incentive" to "diagnose". During a physical therapy, it encourages human oriented methods to improve professional conducts of helps incorporated internal and external facts. Followed by an analysis of personal situations and successful cases, this paper is formed to to identify common problems within addicts groups to point out the importance of people management in improving professional conducts. A SWOT analysis was used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of current391forced isolation model, to give an overall study therefore find out the shortcomings of the current model. Based on the study, I conclude with a detailed way to improve mandatory isolation detoxification mode, which includes improving medical conditions, solving addicts physiological needs and security needs, also build a social platform incorporating social assistance and education, form an open learning model to provide more family assistance and other means to satisfy the emotional needs of drug addicts, and then improve the need to be respect in drug addicts by simulating a social environment, a Judu environment and an employment environment; finally to increase the opportunities for self-realization among drug addicts by building prisons cooperative enterprises and training facilities for vocational and technical education.
