Since the late Qing Dynasty,opium entered China on a large scale as a drug,and became an unstable factor affecting national health and social stability.In recent years,the number of drug addicts is increasing,which leads to the increase in the number of drug addicts.Addiction is not only a medical problem,but also a very serious social problem.To address this problem,countries are seeking solutions for drug control and rehabilitation.Our country has also carried on the active exploration in the compulsory isolation detoxification aspect,and has made certain achievements,but the majority of drug addicts are still difficult to escape the vicious circle of drug taking,more difficult to complete physical and mental detoxification.Moreover,the existing drug rehabilitation work has the problems of low social participation and low efficiency of social participation in drug rehabilitation,which cannot provide effective help to drug addicts.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the socialization of compulsory isolation from both theoretical and practical dimensions.This paper takes "socialization of compulsory isolation and rehabilitation" as the research object,and describes the research status,related concepts and theoretical basis of the research object at home and abroad.On the basis of the urgency of the work and the related policy and law,and the existing policies and measures and development situation of judicial administration of sichuan province was investigated the present situation of the socialization of compulsory isolation detoxification detoxification system,deeply analyzes the judicial administrative compulsory isolation detoxification system rehabilitation work in sichuan province social problems and reasons,and puts forward the optimization strategy accordingly.Through research,this paper argues that the main problems in the socialization of compulsory isolation and drug rehabilitation work in the judicial and administrative drug rehabilitation system in Sichuan Province are inadequate departmental work,difficulty in re-employment,easy relapse of drug addicts,and inadequate publicity and popularization.The reasons for the above problems are that the system is not perfect,the social acceptance is low,the ability to resist drugs and drugs needs to be strengthened,and the concept is lacking.In order to solve the above problems,we should start from improving the legal and organizational guarantee mechanism,increasing social acceptance,assisting the return of drug addicts,and strengthening multiple supervision.
