Since China adopted the reform and opening up, the rapid development of the rural economy, agricultural industrialization trend is clearly to promote agricultural gradually integrated into people’s daily needs to meet modern distribution system, and business and social conflicts between the big market of small-scale family gradually and continuously intensified. To solve the contradiction between the "small farmers" and "big market", various types of specialized organizations of farmers across the country began sprung up, especially the introduction of "Farmer Cooperatives Act", for the practice of farmer cooperatives development create a favorable legal environment and give policy support, so that economic cooperation has been an unprecedented development. The new thing appeared in rural China-farmer cooperatives, which can be scattered farmers together to form a community of interests, the scale of operation in the implementation of the farmers market at the same time be able to provide the information they need for farmers, technical exchanges, and other agricultural supply class service, we can say that this is scattered small-scale farmers to respond to a strange and risky agricultural markets and make autonomous choices.Farmer cooperatives as a separate class of civil and commercial body, and its development will certainly suffer a profound impact on business property system. A good property system for fanner cooperatives will promote the development of cooperatives to promote their goals and capabilities gained more benefits for their members. Conversely, if the property system is not suitable for farmer cooperatives, will produce inhibition hinders the adverse consequences of their development.
