Research On The Problem Of Network Moral Anomie

At present, the mobile phone network and Internet can communicate with each other smoothly, wonderful internet world is all around us, the whole society is striding forward to the "national network" era. The Internet is a "double-edged sword", it brings people convenience and benefit for community development, however, it also produced anomie problems, such as network tort, network crime, network hackers and other various network moral. Not only a negative impact on the development of the Internet itself, but also the harm to the social life are produced. Network moral anomie problem as a social problem, is worthy of attention and study.Based on the theory of Marx’s ethics, This paper puts forward that the moral dloss of the network should be controlled, The contemporary form as the core values of socialism lead the network moral’s construction, and considering the actual situation of network morality, the main principle and the countermeasure of the problem of the network moral loss of governance are discussed. This paper includes five parts which includes introduction and four chapters. The introduction mainly elaborated the background of the internet moral anomie and significance of topics, current situation at home and abroad. At the same time, it presented that the research methods and innovation in this paper.In the first chapter, the related concepts were analyzed that about the network moral loss problem. The internet moral, moral concepts loss, Network Moral Anomie and others is analyzed in detail. The moral concepts loss is pointed out that is the behavior violated and deviated from the requirements of laws, regulations, ethics, civilized standards, other social moral norms and the requirement of behavior standard, the network behavior is deviating and splitting away from the moral situation.In the second chapter, the performance, the harmfulness and the cause of the network moral loss were analyzed. From the analysis of the case, the performance of the network moral loss problem includes network tort, manufacturing and dissemination of bad information, network discourse and so on several aspects of the network ethics. At the same time, the negative effect that caused by the social life of the network moral loss is discussed. From the premise of technology, the objective basis and the subjective reasons, the cause of the network moral loss problem is analyzed.The third chapter is talking about the basis of Government for the network moral loss’ problem. From Marx, Engels’ s ethical thoughts, Mao Zedong’s ethics, the CPC’s previous central leadership collective ethics, it is pointed out that Marx’s ethical is the theoretical basis of the problem of network moral loss. And combined with the current situation of domestic moral construction, and put forward the socialist core values to lead the network moral construction.The fourth chapter puts forward governance principles of the network moral loss problems, and how to solve it. Based on the socialist core values to standardize the construction of network morality, and the basic moral principle of the problem of network moral loss is put forward: the principle of fairness, autonomy, compatibility and principle of harmless. And there are four points of view: the system security, the technological innovation, the education and the guidance, to solve the network moral problem.
