Accompanied by the rapid development of the market economy and technology, theparticipating politics through network has increasingly become a fashion choice that majority ofthe people involved in the national government’s affairs. The internet users to express theirdemands through the network actively, show their advice and suggestions, legal supervision;government can also “ask stratagems and needs for the people" through the network. Reasonableand lawful using of the network in politics can achieve positive interaction between the peopleand the government and administrative staffs, it is not only conducive to the country’sadministrative and moral construction, but also conducive to better safeguard the fundamentalinterests of the broad masses of the people. Powerful of participating politics through networkexposure, monitoring, reporting function, affecting and changing the decision-making philosophyand governance of the government officials, prompting them to scientific decision-making,democratic decision-making, clean and honest, civilized administration.
