A Study On The Issues Related To The Construction Of The Government Ruled By Law In China

The key to building the rule of law and building a country under the rule of law is the key to building the country by law. For more than a decade, our country government by law construction has made great achievements, the government administration according to law consciousness unceasingly strengthens, continuously improve the people’s concept of the rule of law; administrative legislation made great achievements, has formed a relatively perfect system of the administrative law; from the decision-making to the administrative law enforcement, supervision, administration according to law in depth of each process. At the same time, the society also in the continuous development, the government according to law administrative levels have gone up, lawfully administrative ability and social development level to adapt. Therefore in achievement at the same time, also want to see that at present there are still many problems in the construction of government under the rule of law in our country, the article on these issues for in-depth study, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.
