| As the rapid development of market economy and oil fields, the fire prevention becomes very important for oil fields. It is more and harder to prevent fire due to various factors to result in fire hazard. In particular, conflagration occurred frequently brings a lot of new issues and a higher requirement to the fire communication and command system of oil companies. Evidently, modern fire communication command system for oil field only relying on traditional methods have been far from the requirements to spur the development of enterprise. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a new type of fire communication and command system.Dagang oil field fire communication and command system is specifically designed according to the special need and the development of Dagang oil field, which integrates the network technology, wired/wireless communication technology, geographic information technologies, CTI technology, data warehouse and data mining techniques, expert systems and knowledge base, and the computer decision support technology. The system integrates information management and communication of the fire command system, with the functions of the security command and control, fire command and control, traffic processing, system resources (personnel, vehicles, equipment, water, GIS information, voice messages, weather information, etc.) management and decision support, and integrated information management.The design of the fire communication command system will not only fully meet the requirements of the 119 command and control center of the area's management, but also take full advantage of its powerful features to achieve the integration of Dagang Oilfield Fire Alarm, to unify command and control, to enhance the Dagang Oilfield fire department's rapid response and scientific decision-making capacity, to effectively prevent to a destructive fire, to reduce losses of property and to save more people.Firstly, we introduce design principle and the main function of the Dagang oil field fire communication and command system. And then, we describe in detail the hardware and software design of the system. Especially, we investigate the design of the main sub-function modules of the system, and describe their requirements. Finally, we evaluate our design by extensive practical experiments. The results show that our system has achieved the goal of design. |
