Analysis And Design Of Application Architecture Of China Petroleum File Management System

As the rapid development of information technology and information industry, record management and utilization of China Petroleum is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Seizing opportunities and meeting challenges is the key point to promote the archival informational construct of China Petroleum. It is a problem during record construct of China Petroleum Group Corporation that scientific management and utilization of informationized archives realized leapfrog development of Group's file administration only by the way of combination informationization construct and archives management.As the main body of the file management tools the original of "paper" file can not meet the needs of rapid development of enterprises with growing archival data storage of the China Petroleum Group Corporation. During project construct of informational system of China Petroleum archives management it is found that that there are many differences on the ways and patter of file management between region companies of China Petroleum, and differences on way of management result in severely widespread phenomenon of "solitary island", only archives information is stored but not used freely, and seriously constraints and impacts on sharing of enterprise information resources.Aim at status of records management for China Petroleum, the project found out the status of China Petroleum and file management gaps by investigating background of the project construction status and current situation of file business management and analyzing development trend of management research at home and abroad. By combining result of gap analysis the project focused on the system application architecture design and implementation, and assessed and emerged application effect of archive management system to make file management system completed of China Petroleum help China National Petroleum Corporation healthy and comprehensive development, to provide advantageous foundation for development of enterprise, to become archive management system to centre knowledge sharing of enterprise, and to promote sound and rapid development of enterprise.
