| In modern industrial production, the production process in order to achieve real-time monitoring and automation, for safety in production, reduce labor intensity of the staff, the need for centralized management of the production process, while the gas treatment system operation efficiency and safety, more calls for a unified field of sewage treatment systems management.This paper presents a PLC-based control, field sewage disposal system host computer management software design and development.Based on knowledge of sewage treatment processes, overall system architecture analysis (including PLC control cabinet, on-site equipment, power distribution room.), clearly the system's management objectives and requirements, so that software design, deep into the field for each sewage treatment details of the communication receiver module of the software, database, database access, control and management modules, respectively, design analysis, and according to the system characteristics, based on cost minimization and efficiency maximization principle, choose the suitable system requirements, development tools,the various modules of software composition and structure design.The developed software including communications settings, log, process, trends, alarm, dynamic reports and other sub-modules, through the Modbus communication protocol to achieve with the next bit PLC data communication. VISUAL BASIC as a development platform in order to achieve a flow chart shows that real-time curve parameters of non-normal voice alarm, data recording and dynamic report generation, parameter settings and other functions, basically realized the right field sewage treatment systems Real-time monitoring and control purposes. The use of SQL server 2000 as a back-end database on completion of the data acquisition task,Management system stores all relevant production run (pressure, level, temperature, flow, etc.) of the key parameters of the state information, and then a unified data management, according to user needs related to operations (such as reporting, query, add, delete), through the data conversion server to achieve data sharing among different databases.Software developed in this paper are easy to operate, easy maintenance, user-friendly interface enables the production of the gas treatment system operation real-time monitoring and management, as well as the production of data storage, query, reporting, and unified management capabilities. |
